Kuroo Kougetsu

A member of Ran Kazami's Team 9 and the heir to Konohagakure's Kougetsu clan. After the Fourth Shinobi World War, he's sent as an ambassador for Konoha in Kumo.

He's a lean guy and often shows a casual, relaxed stance. He has dark skin, sharp eyes, slightly slanted upwards, and his hair is unpredictable and impossible to tame. He always dresses in all-black (allegedly as a pun on his name) and sports several piercings and plans to add even more. He has dimples.

Kuroo is a very lazy person who is unbothered by most things. He's very casual with everyone, often teasing, and likes flirting and joking around. Despite being incredibly smart, his Academy grades suffered due to his lack of motivation, to the point his teachers dubbed him an "Honorary Nara" because of his attitude. He was raised as the presumed heir to his clan and was under a lot of pressure growing up, which, alongside with other events that happened in his childhood, led him to despise responsibility and everything that comes with it, avoiding it as much as possible. Once he becomes a Genin, he experiences incredible growth and displays his leadership skills.
