Senko is a Japanese name with multiple meanings depending on the kanji used. In this case, it means 'incense'. It can also refer to the names of two different temples.
Choubei is made up of two kanji; chou, meaning 'omen' or 'trillion' and bei, meaning 'even' or 'unusual'.
Senko is a member of the Choubei clan and a kunoichi of Konohagakure.
Senko has never been seen bare-faced, only taking off her make-up to sleep, and even then only around women. Starting from childhood she donned white foundation, red-painted lips, red powder around the eyes, and three red markings painted on her forehead. Throughout her life Senko keeps her hair in some ornate style, starting with braids as a child and teenager and graduating to piled buns as an adult.
Her outfits are inspired by traditional Japanese fashion; kimonos, flowing robes, drooping sleeves, and geta sandals.

Above average. Nothing crazy.
Exemplary, makes her perfectly suited to genjutsu.
Minimal. Capable of fighting for her life but she's unlikely to win when forced into close quarters.
Excelled at her kunoichi classes
Far above average when it comes to analyzing other people to the point some wonder if she can read minds.
Lackluster. Not incompetent but her subordinates would struggle with her dense vocabulary and refusal to elaborate.

“She is watching and she is waiting and she will arrive born from the tree of sin. They took root long ago. They have been here all along.”
“Hell is full and the moon laughs. The dead rise, the living fall. The dream is a cage made of those who came before.”
“They come from the sky seeking the original sin. They hunger.”
“The sparrow spreads its wings. It is free. The cage lays broken. Freedom is not free and he weeps.”
“This is not your nest, cuckoo. You are larger, stronger. You will push the other chicks out of their own nest. They will fall. Some will die. The cuckoo does not build its own nest. It takes and it takes and it takes. It allows others to raise its young and destroy what fed it.”
“The dead boy watches wearing another man's face. There is a child underneath. There is a corpse underneath. There is a lie underneath.”
