Senko is a Japanese name with multiple meanings depending on the kanji used. In this case, it means 'incense'. It can also refer to the names of two different temples.
Choubei is made up of two kanji; chou, meaning 'omen' or 'trillion' and bei, meaning 'even' or 'unusual'.
Senko is a member of the Choubei clan and a kunoichi of Konohagakure.

Boruto
Senko has never been seen bare-faced, only taking off her make-up to sleep, and even then only around women. Starting from childhood she donned white foundation, red-painted lips, red powder around the eyes, and three red markings painted on her forehead. Throughout her life Senko keeps her hair in some ornate style, starting with braids as a child and teenager and graduating to piled buns as an adult.
Her outfits are inspired by traditional Japanese fashion; kimonos, flowing robes, drooping sleeves, and geta sandals.
