NinjibotWhat it does
The user releases a black mist from their mouth and eyes, which spreads to the surrounding area to create a darkness that even the caster is incapable of seeing through.
Description
The caster can create the mist themselves, but they can also use mist or steam that already exists around them to create more Black Mist using significantly less chakra. A common practice of Black Mist users is to create steam in the area they wish to use prior to casting Black Mist, in order to save chakra.
It is less effective than Hidden Mist in that the user is unable to move the mist once it's in place; they are just as blind as the person they are attacking, and the only way to solve this is to release the jutsu entirely.
