Cursed Seal of Stigma

Development:

• A Cursed Seal that was originally meant to be used as a way to eliminate a Bijuu from a Jinchuriki while keeping the host alive. A technique that at it's core it's about suppressing into nothing while creating a link. Due Ciro's discovery of the Kuninotokotachi, he used this layer to maintain a connection with the subject of the Seal and then using the same flow of this world to create layers and layers of sealing, until the core of the Bijuu was eliminated.
• The first experiment was a success, however it led up to an important discovery. This seal could be used alongside his own experiments with Yin techniques, allowing him to suppress other immaterial concepts in their Mind or to use this seal to create a bond between two people through the Kuninotokotachi.

Requirements:

• It is not a fast acting seal. It requires a ritual of someone with knowledge in how to reach and bond with the Kuninotokotachi. However due to the nature of this seal, those branded by it are able to use it on others.
• Due to how complicated the Yin portion of the sealing is, willing participants are the only ones this technique is recommended on. While very advanced experts might succeed on unwilling ones, it presents a great risk of danger to the user due to possible metal recoil.

Effects:

• The user acquires the ability to suppress mental faculties of those who have this seal. In exchange, the Sealed ones gain an innate connection to the user, gaining something akin to a Jinchuriki-like experience, gaining access to Chakra and Techniques those who branded them. A trade of servitude or loyalty in exchange for power.
• Due to the very nature of this technique forcibly weaving people through the Kuninotokotachi, it creates a gateway to use techniques related to it.
