A former ANBU from Amegakure and member of the Toriumi clan, he defected Hanzō and settled in Kesshō many years ago. He dropped his last name when he left Amegakure. He’s Tsurara’s mentor and parental figure.
He was born almost completely blind due to his optic nerves being severely underdeveloped in utero.

He has a delicate build and delicate mannerisms and a sort of lounging air about him. Perhaps a bit too thin. The upper part of his head grows teal hair and the lower part grows amber-yellow hair. The two hair colors don’t mix together.
