Enables the user to manipulate the plasma found in blood. Can alter blood circulation, enhance regeneration and forcibly move bodies and/or limbs by affecting muscle tissue. To affect others, the user needs to make contact with the target with their chakra (not necessarily through physical contact.)
Description
It was originally developed as a supplementary technique to allow elders and other disabled Toriumi clan members to move and still fight. Inspired by Sunagakure's puppetry techniques.
