Shiro Sorakaze

Shiro first discovered a Rinnegan ability (Universal Pull) when he was 5 years old, using it on a Kunai accidentally and using up plenty of his chakra to do so. Throughout most of his childhood, Shiro was treated badly by his classmates due to his eyes. Nobody in the Leaf had much information about the Rinnegan, meaning the other children often picked on him for it. However he did not let this get to him, as he was still eager to become a Shinobi as it was always his dream to become. He trained every day with his Dad to refine his Ninjutsu usage, refine his Chakra control and efficiency, and further expand on his large Chakra pool from his mother's Uzumaki blood.

Shiro became a Genin at 12 years of age, and eventually passed the Chunin exams. However his methods were often seen as cheating, especially when he would use abilities such as Almighty Push that he learned a few years before the exams itself.

Shiro went on a lot of missions with Team 8, usually with Shino leading the group when their sensei Kurenai wasn't available. By this point in time, he was already known by many ninja in the Leaf as a special case due to his unique abilities. But only Team 8 ever gets to see it in action, such as Chakra Rods, Animal Path summons and Deva Path abilities. However even though he was already very powerful with the Rinnegan, he did not let it define him. And even after years of refinement, he still continued to improve his Ninjutsu capability. He could feel the pressure and expectations from other ninja, which served as fuel for his determination to become stronger.

When he was 19, Kakashi Hatake and Kurenai Yuhi recommended he be promoted to the rank of Jonin. Seeing that his leadership ability on and off the battlefield, as well as his combat skill is much higher than that of even a high rated Chunin. He has good Taijutsu, excellent usage of Ninjutsu and Chakra control, while also having unique abilities given by his eyes. And after months of processing, Tsunade Senju officially made Shiro a Jonin.

Shiro wasn't there during the Pain attack in Konoha. He was assigned to assist Team Guy with their mission outside the Leaf. So when he returns, he sees Konoha rebuilding. He finds Naruto Uzumaki and he explains everything to Shiro, in which he's devastated and full of guilt. Because he had the same power as the one that destroyed the Leaf. He could have stopped it, he had allies— Tsunade and Kakashi would have been great help to beating Pain. But he just wasn't there to help. Shiro asks where Nagato's body is, Naruto suggests the Hidden Rain Village, since that's where it will most likely be. Shiro's plan was to seal Nagato's Rinnegan to ensure no one can take it. Because he knows how he got his own Rinnegan— via implantation. So anyone can do the same with Nagato's Rinnegan So he set off for the Hidden Rain Village, using the Animal Path to summon the bird and fly towards it. By the time he arrives, he hears loud, constant explosions that shook the earth beneath the bird he flew on. In which he went on foot to fully blitz across towards it. And what he finds.. is a freshly defeated Konan floating on the water. He immediately summons the Frog using the Animal Path to reel in Konan, then using the Naraka Path to summon the King of Hell to put Konan inside and heal her there. But then he saw the Akatsuki robe, and he hesitated. This was a terrorist— one of the enemies of the Villages. His mind told him to let her die, but his heart couldn't bear the weight of letting her bleed out. So, he convinced himself; best case scenario she becomes a friend, worst case scenario he has to kill her again, in which he can do with his Rinnegan. So he put her in the King of Hell's mouth, closing it, and leaving her there for 3 minutes. After waking up from being healed, Konan attacked Shiro when she woke up, his hair looked like Obito's. And his eyes were the Rinnegan, naturally she would assume Obito already got them when she supposedly died. But Shiro calmed her down, and Konan did calm down because she saw the Hidden Leaf vest. And then Shiro explained everything.. literally everything. He arrived in the Hidden Rain by Noon, and finished explaining to Konan by night. And Konan did the same so they shared mutual trust. For the next several weeks he would go to Konan every night, check in on her, talk a bit more, just be there for her after everything she's been through. And when the Fourth Great Ninja War came, she joined as well. Not as a representative of any Village, but she did it to try and undo the mistakes she and Nagato committed. Konan stuck to Shiro during the whole war, as aside from Naruto Uzumaki, he was the main person she could trust.

Shiro after this ends up being a mentor to Hanabi Hyuga, mainly because she asked him to so she can become stronger than Hinata. Shiro just said why not because.. she is the daughter of Lord Hiashi, head of the Hyuga Clan; so he agrees.
