Ōka

Ōka, whose name means 'cherry blossom', is one of the youngest tigers in the Flooded Forests alongside his littermate, Kikka. He's average in size relative to his family, with standard coloration and pink eyes, and specializes in Tiger taijutsu and fire- and wind-release elemental ninjutsu. He and Kikka fight best as a single unit.
He has a rather irreverent personality, playful and a bit vain, and tends to be a bit nosy.
