Submersion Technique

By circulating chakra through the lungs, the user can extract oxygen from water and expel the water they've inhaled without drowning. The technique requires sufficient chakra control. Those new to using the technique may only remain submerged for minutes at a time while experienced users can remain submerged for hours. The water quality is important, as heavily polluted water is incredibly difficult to breathe in.
