Wind Release: Bullseye

A technique that allows the user to release three arrows imbued with wind chakra at once. Once they hit a target the arrows 'explode' in a burst of wind chakra-- releasing chakra so sharp it can cut metal all around. They essentially explode into wind chakra shrapnel-- barraging the target that's already been hit.
