The Hika Clan is native to Kesshogakura. They are known for their shark-like appearance and affinity for both lightning and water releases. Members of the Hika Clan tend to be small in size, especially compared to members of the Hoshigaki clan. Hika Clan members have dark black or navy skin colors with markings that light up with bioluminescence.

Distant cousins of Kirigakure's Hoshigaki Clan. This family fled during the bloody mist days of Kiri. They eventually settled in Kesshō which was known for accepting refugees. Like the Hoshigaki clan, the Hika clan are known for their shark-like appearances. Only, after generations of swimming in the waters of Kesshō, their bodies have mutated even further. The mineral waters have given them pronounced healing abilities as well as bioluminescence. Another mutation they received along with those are their strange affinity for lightning release despite being water based nin.

Unlike the Hoshigaki clan, the Hika Clan is mostly peaceful. They still make for ruthless shinobi when enrolled in the academy, but the vast majority of this clan specialize in therapy and healing. Even their lightning release tends to be used for physical therapy.
