Yuichi Tachibana

Years after joining the Akatsuki and being assigned Itachi Uchiha as a partner, Pein announced that they would be utilizing the secret organization - the Aosagibi, a collection of spies from various villages used for espionage and gathering and leaking intel. Aosagibi members would be working directly under the Akatsuki members. Unlike most of the members being present during their introduction to their subordinate, Yoichi was drunk at a bar and Kisame had to go directly to the bar to fetch him. Initially annoyed with his new partner, Yoichi revealed that he was working and had gained intel on a mark that Kisame had been assigned to locate. He only got drunk after he got his intel. From there on, the two had an otherwise friendly relationship - Kisame coming to view Yoichi as close as a brother and Yoichi viewing Kisame as the father figure he so desperately desired.
