Upon first meeting, people (especially normal citizen) are greatly frighten by Seika; however the Shinobis of Iwagakure call her obedient and believe she sucks up to authority. To close friends, she is described as calm and collected, but very selfless and scared to share her own opinions.

precise. due to her chakra being sealed off, she had to relearn to control it, she had to train a lot to get to the point she was before, which only made her train even more until she felt satisfied.
Seika was able to control the Five Tailed Beast while it went on a rampage after almost winning against it (she was gravely injured at the end, however the fact that she was able to injure the Tailed beast, it made it agree to be sealed inside Seika specifically).
Seika was known for her speed on the battlefield, her speed was unmatched even as a young child.
when she got married off, her chakra was forcefully sealed away, so the only way she could train was taijutsu, which developed her skills a great deal.

Seika was born as the older twin, her young twin was named Mu. She and her twin were raised in a good family, both of them being interested in the ways of Shinobi and even started training at the same time, at four years old.
Seika and Mu were first sent on the battlefield when they were eight years old, but they were always with their oldest brother, Ikko, who was ten years older than them.
When they were ten years old, the twins discovered that they could create other ways to use their chakra, and slowly started developing their own chakra release. When they were twelve, they made a small progress in their research when they were home training after suffering some injuries. Hearing that the Shinobis who were on the battlefield that day were coming home, they, excitedly, waited at the gate of their clan compound, waiting to show their father and brother their new discovering, however they were met with Ikko in tears, and two Shinobis holding their father's bloody body. The death of their father stopped their progress for a few months.
At thirteen, the twins were finally able to use Dust release against small creatures. Their brother didn't allow them to use the techniques on the battlefield until they had better control of it, or until they learnt how to use it without draining their own chakra.
One year later, the twins witness the death of their own brother on the battlefield. They weren't even able to grieve when their uncle took over the clan and married Seika off to an old man from another clan, which became their ally.
Seika arrived at her new home, and few days later she realised the reason she was sold off. The old man used to abuse his wives so much until they all died. The information didn't matter much to her at first because she knew Mu would come and take her out of that place, however when her chakra was sealed off, she had no idea to defend herself, which made her slowly lose any hope of surviving.
The only reason why she was able to be strong was one of the servants of that man, a young girl, two years younger than Seika, named Mito. She took care of Seika, showed her a place to hide away from her abuser, and spent all her days around Seika.
On the night before Seika's fifteen birthday, Mu came to take her home. He managed to kill the man in his sleep, then grabbed Seika and ran away. She wasn't able to say goodbye to her new friend, but she made a promise that she would find her again.
The clan Seika was married into tried to go back on their alliance, but Mu managed to threaten them into keeping the alliance going.
A few years later, after Seika underwent sever trainings to unlock her blocked chakra and regain her fighting skills that were blocked due to her trauma, Seika met Mito on the battlefield; because of the alliance between the two clans, the girls were able to keep their friendship going.
In the following years, Mu managed to achieve what no other land ever did, and that was to be at peace with all the clans in the Land of Earth. While they didn't become a Hidden Village until one year later after Konohagakure was created, the Land was free of war for a long period of time before Iwagakure was created.
During the first Kage Summit, Mu and Seika accompanied the First Tsuchikage. Bringing the two tailed beasts to Iwagakure proved to be quite a challenge, however sealing them inside a human being was even harder. During the sealing of the Five Tailed Beast, the giant horse-looking beast went rampage, killing people left and right, until Seika fought against it. Seika manages to hurt the beast, and after sharing her apologies to it, the Five Tailed Beast agreed to be sealed only if her Jinchuriki would be Seika.
The First Tsuchikage created the Academy, which also allowed him to create teams of three to send on missions. Mu, Mito, and Seika were placed in the same team (at first, Mu was in a different team, however he managed to convince the Tsuchikage to let him be in the same team as his sister).
Three years later, Mu became the Second Tsuchikage. Mito and Seika moved in together after Mu moved into the Tsuchikage's home.
The next few years, Seika slowly started becoming like she was before her father died with the help of Mito, and the relationship between the two changed. They started dating when they were in their 40s.
When the twins were 51, Mu engaged into a battle with the Second Mizukage, and the battle ended with the two of them dying. It took Seika a while to move on, but having Mito by her side helped a lot.
When she was 57, one of her acquittances died during a mission, and her young child, Roshi, was left without a family. Mito and Seika took him in and raised him. The Third Tsuchikage told her to train the young boy because he was to become the next Jinchuriki for the Four Tailed Beast.
During the First War, Seika was dispatched to the battlefield, while Mito was allowed to stay back and take care of their adopted son. The following year, Roshi became a Jinchuriki, and the training became even more draining for the child.
Four years later, at 65, Seika died.
