Miyu Sarutobi is a former kunoichi from Konohagakure and the granddaughter of Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi. As such, she's had an affluent upbringing, making her come off as spoiled to many. She was a member of Team Yūsei, alongside Haine Kamiya and Keiichi Inuzuka, the latter of whom becomes her boyfriend. Her best friend was Shiori Aragaki, and when she alongside her crush Akio Sanada (another mutual friend) was murdered, she was a bit of an emotional wreck, leaning on Keiichi for support. During the chunin exams, she gets injured severely enough to end her career as a kunoichi.
Miyu and Keiichi stay together and eventually get married sometime after the Fourth Shinobi World War concludes.
