A former ANBU and best friend of Anko’s. Now an investigator for the Intelligence Department— Oriivu spends her time picking up the pieces the lack of police force has left Konoha— and the lack of accountability shinobi in the village have in general.

Oriivu has tanned, olive skin. She has a distinct scar across her throat and some more across her back that's usually well hidden. She's got deep set, almond shaped eyes and an almost pointed nose. It's been broken quite a few times too.
Her face is round and she has curly, dark auburn hair that she keeps cut in an almost bob once she's grown. She's fond of darker makeup as well.

Extremely skillful. Oriivu is now a detective for Intelligence Department and was chosen because of her analytical ability. She’s able to piece together things and analyze them quickly on the fly.
She tends to stay back and observe— acting only when she’s gotten the best picture and when necessary. Her emotions can get in the way of this, however, and she can be prone to acting impulsively when she feels others are in danger.
Charming, friendly, and quick to support and advocate for others. Oriivu can see the best in others and know just exactly how to use them and what skills they’d work best with. She’s a natural born leader and takes to it like a duck to water.

A close friend from childhood. Oriivu and Anko were never romantic from the start— but she’s been fiercely protective of her and a huge advocate for her since Orochimaru’s treatment of the woman. It was only in their later years, when Anko began to show interest in Tempura, that Oriivu realized how deep her feelings for the other were.
A co-worker and a strong woman that Oriivu has always respected and admired. That admiration slowly began to turn into something more after Tempura began to date Anko— and Oriivu started tagging along.
