Miyori wears a sleeveless blue dress with slits at the thighs, with a fishnet turtle-neck collar area. Though she doesn't care what happens to her in battle, she likes to try and keep herself looking nice (most of her money goes to buying new clothes after missions). Over her dress she wears an altered ocean-styled obi, and over that a red rope. Her thigh high boots are heeled. Her hair is petrol blue, flicking outwards, and generally the messiest part of her.
Very very lean, seems to have no real muscle to her, but it is deceptive. Her weight coupled with her height makes her look rather gaunt, and she's all angles.

Quick - working with mostly her weapons and her body, Miyori has to be fast in reaction and running
Miyori has good control of her body, and is very capable of Taijutsu, but works more with her weapons; she can hold herself hand-to-hand but it's not preferrable
Smart by jonin standards, but it's certainly not her strong suit; she has a good memory, and is good with math, however her political knowledge is lacking (more because she doesn't care)

You get one order and then that's it. Miyori is not patient enough to be a leader, but people tend to listen out of fear
Though Miyori has vast quantities of chakra, she fights almost solely with her kusarigama - though it has no weighted end but two blades, it means she can use either blade as weights by infusing chakra through the chains to either end with her extreme chakra control. Her style is chaotic, and some of her scars are from her own blades - she'd easily put herself in harm's way to get the final kill.

Originally, Kirigakure higher ups would have called Miyori a ‘success story for third caste families to look up to’. But she proved all stereotypes and assumptions correct, later defecting.
She thrived in the environment Kirigakure built, and her skillset set her apart from the rest. She was once the wielder of Nuibari, and it was well known that she interfered in the Second War despite Kirigakure not having a hand to play in it: in fact, she caused so much bother politically with her actions that she was forced to hand down Nuibari to her successor, Kushimaru. Despite this slight, she continued to work, thinking that the village was her only choice. And if she was being told to hunt people down and fight them, then that was fair game: clocking in to commit bloodshed. She knew - and wanted - little else.
She fought for Kirigakure, following all Mizukage blindly, especially Yagura. Miyori, with her skillset and prowess, was given many solo missions, and the chance to join the hunter-nin, however turned it down. However even if Yagura’s (or rather, Madara’s) style of ruling aligned with her, there was something missing. Ever since the Third War, Miyori was put on quieter missions. Boring missions. Things that would get under her skin. In reality, Madara was manipulating her into becoming suspicious and angry at Kirigakure, so that she would defect. The moment she did, Tobi appeared to invite her to Amegakure, to thrive.
